Construction Project Management is the service of planning, implementing and supervising all the processes required for the completion of a construction project within the targeted time, quality and budget limits, in accordance with the wishes of the investor organization and the general company policy. A project manager manages all remaining processes on behalf of the investor, leaving only strategically important decisions to the discretion of the investor throughout the project.

As a result of the increase in the needs and awareness of the society with the developing technology in the 21st century, the new buildings to be built began to be designed in a much more complex way. With the effect of increasing competition among companies, construction companies tended to do better quality works in a shorter time and with less budget. Today, only professional Construction Project Management has become possible to manage these challenging and complex construction processes by staying within the triangle of cost, budget and quality.

The most important point here is that the project management process starts even before the design phase and ends with the final acceptance and turnkey delivery.
